This portfolio is intended to document the intern's growth and development during the period of the internship in Educational Administration and Supervision. It reflects the content and quality of the internship experience. The standards established by the Interstate School Leaders Licensure Consortium (ISLLC) have been used to identify appropriate internship activities and to examine and reflect on the internship experience as it relates to the expectations held for educational Leaders and the operation of an effective school. 

This portfolio also serves to promote the development of the technical skills associated with portfolio production. Finally, the portfolio can be used to market the intern's skills and document and display to potential employers the intern's talents as prospective school leaders .
